The foundation's hard test — answer all four or the bridge isn't real
A Crusader doesn't get a monetization map by being handed the whole catalog. The map is real only when it answers who they serve, what they'd do anyway, which tools are theirs and which aren't, and the path that fits their nature.

Who Do They Serve
The archetype dictates the market
The Crusader serves people trapped inside an unfair system who have stopped believing escape is possible. Not the mildly dissatisfied — the wronged. The person crushed by a predatory industry, a manipulative relationship, a rigged institution, a lie they were sold.
Their market is defined by an enemy, not a demographic. The Crusader's people recognize them on sight, because the Crusader says out loud the thing everyone else is too cautious to name. The market self-selects on moral resonance: "finally — someone who is angry about the right thing."
Subtraction at the market level. The Crusader does NOT serve the comfortable optimizer who wants a 10% improvement — that is a Strategist's or Architect's client. Hand a Crusader an incremental client and they will manufacture an enemy to fight, exhaust the client, and burn the relationship. The Crusader needs a real injustice, or they invent one.

The Natural Activity
The thing they'd do anyway — now structured and paid
What a Crusader already does for free, compulsively: they expose the lie and rally people to walk out of it. They write the manifesto. They stand up in the meeting. They tell the person being manipulated exactly what is being done to them.
Structured and paid inside the Program, that becomes casting people out of the system that's crushing them and into their own sovereignty. The archetype casting is the Crusader's natural act — naming what someone truly is, against everything the world told them to be, is itself an act of liberation. They don't have to learn a new skill to run a casting session. They're already doing it at dinner parties for free.
The channel matters. The Crusader's natural delivery mode is from a stage, in a room, to a crowd — the rally. Never make the quiet one-to-one room their primary channel; that belongs to the Healer. Put a Crusader on a stage and a Healer in a quiet room — never the reverse.

Tools — Theirs & Not Theirs
Subtraction is the discipline
Dumping the whole toolbox on every archetype produces horoscope mush. The value is in saying which tools are the Crusader's and which are explicitly not.
Theirs
- Archetype Casting — their primary instrument. The casting is liberation; their natural act made into a paid deliverable. They lead with this.
- PRIME Compasses — deployed as the rally-to-rescue mechanism: show someone the system they're trapped in, and the way out.
- Deep-work excavation tools — specifically the ones that expose external manipulation and injustice. The Crusader excavates to liberate, not to soothe.
- Sovereign Workforce programs — strong fit. The Crusader builds an army, not a clientele. Recurring revenue scales through mobilizing groups who go and do likewise.
- Stage & event delivery — flash events, rallies, room-filling. Their native channel.
Not Theirs
- Supplements & oils as a primary line — these are artifacts of care, a Guardian/Healer register. A Crusader pushing oils reads incongruent; the market feels the mismatch. Carry them as secondary artifacts at most — never the lead offer.
- Slow one-to-one nurture work — the Guide's and Healer's natural activity. Force a Crusader into long hand-holding engagements and the Martyr shadow activates. Delegate sustained care to Healers and Guides in their workforce.
- Incremental optimization & systems-tuning — belongs to the Strategist and Architect. A Crusader selling "let me optimize your funnel" is wearing a costume.

The Monetization Path
Rally → Cast → Mobilize → Commission
Rally — free, public, from a stage
The Crusader does what they'd do anyway: names the enemy publicly and draws the crowd that resonates morally. This is the front door; their content is the manifesto. The Program's positioning story is their rally material — you were sold a lie that you must become someone else to be worth something.
Cast — paid, the core deliverable
The free Archetype Casting Session (Component 1 — the $2,000 value given free as the demonstration of power) converts the rallied crowd into clients. The Crusader is exceptional at this conversion, because the casting itself is an act of liberation — their bedrock.
Mobilize — the recurring engine
Cast clients move into Sovereign Workforce programs — the Crusader builds the army. This is where headcount would tempt an MLM structure, so the guardrail is absolute: the Crusader is paid for the outcomes the movement produces — real results, real numbers, transformations witnessed — never for the headcount itself. Reward the fruit, never the recruiting.
Commission — sovereignty
The Crusader becomes a Builder-of-Sovereigns: their movement spawns its own casters and leaders. Income is now generative, not extractive — the movement outlives them.
The Martyr Guardrail — built into the path
"A funded Crusader fights for ten years. A broke Crusader fights for ten months, then disappears — and the people they were protecting lose their protector."
Because the Crusader's shadow is to give it all away, the path must make charging congruent with the mission. Money is not a betrayal of the cause — it is the ammunition of the cause. This single reframe is the hinge that lets a Crusader run this business without their own shadow sabotaging it.
